The case seems to be that when I first made inquiries to Magnet about migrating servers to CIX from our in house hosting, they weren't aware that they would be present as a carrier in CIX. As I've been following the progress in CIX for some time, my initial inquiry to Magnet was made some time ago (quite possibly before CIX even had racks for carrier equipment installed!) and so it's understandable that I got the answer I did back then. It's good to see that our ISP is going to be included in CIX though, as it's more logical for us to host our server in Cork (and a damn sight cheaper than other data centers we've been looking at) Replied via email… But just for the general public..
