Hi and welcome to the Cork Internet eXchange (CIX) blog.
Over the next few months we will be charting the progress of the development of our data centre here.
The CIX Data Centre will be Cork’s first professional data centre, something we believe is long overdue for Cork.
I hope you’ll join us on this exciting journey and see how a data centre is built.

Andrew,
thanks for stopping by and commenting.
As Sascha said above, we are still talking with potential suppliers on this.
But we are open to advice/suggestions from interested parties – if you were building a data centre, how would you organise the connectivity?
